Assistant Team Manager, Adults Multidisciplinary Team

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated assistant team manager to work full time within an adults multidisciplinary team based in Dudley, West Midlands. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum assistant team manager job is £275 (LTD Company Equivalent) per day and is an initial 3-month contract.

You must ensure all staff are trained in and implement an appropriate level of safeguarding working practices, and information governance processes.
- To promote innovation in practice and be an exemplar of best practice across all tiers of the workforce
- To be responsible for the professional development of the team members by developing an environment that promotes learning and practice development
- To oversee and lead safeguarding investigations, chairing case conferences and strategy meetings as appropriate

Requirements of the assistant team manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
- Must have the ability to travel within and outside Dudley
