    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated assistant team manager to work within an adult living independently team based in Dudley on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum assistant team manager job is £30 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities of the assistant team manager:
    - Supporting with duty, authorisation of paperwork and budget, advising and guidance's capacity
    - Managing staff, dealing with safeguarding enquires, undertaking supervision and PRD's, dealing with complaints and dealing with challenging situation arising day to day

    Requirements of the assistant team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
