    Assistant Team Manager, Access and Assessment

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated assistant team manager to work full time within an access and assessment team based in Reading. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum assistant team manager job is £38 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 4 month contract.

    Assistant team manager duties include:
    - Supervising staff
    - Undertaking section 47 investigations
    - Working with children looked after and children subject to child protection plans
    - Carrying out court work and managing care proceedings

    Requirements of the assistant team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
