    Description

    Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director to fill a full-time role in Surrey.

    The pay rate for this locum job is £650 - £750 (LTD Company Equivalent) per day and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Duties:
    - To Lead the strategic and operational commissioning of provision for populations of children and families in order to deliver improved outcomes, ensuring an efficient and effective allocation of resources within agreed budgets in line with departmental priorities.
    Lead the department's business support to deliver effective, efficient and responsive services that support operational delivery.
    - To contribute to collective leadership of the council, working collaboratively across the organisation and with partners and stakeholders to support delivery of great services to residents.

    Requirements of the Assistant Director:
    - Degree or equivalent level professional qualification within social work
    - Substantial experience at a senior management level in a specialist area in a complex environment.
    - Evidence of continued professional, managerial and personal development
