    Assistant Care Manager

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Care Manger to work within an Adults Generic team based in Bromley. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Assistant Care Manager is £18.41 p/h (LTD Company equivalent and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities/ General Duties:
    - Carry out detailed needs assessments according to the Care Act (Welfare Principle).
    - Write detailed needs assessments highlighting the adults' strengths and needs in relation to their daily activities
    - Arrange appropriate care packages and to the ability to calculate the cost of individual care packages.
    - Identify, record and respond to risk.
    - Give information to adults and their carer's and ability to direct them to the sources where information is available
    - Work under pressure in a busy and fast-paced Duty Team.

    Requirements of the Assistant Care Manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
