    Area Manager, Adults Team

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated area manager to manage an adults team based in Sandwell. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum area manager job is £30 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the area manager:
    - To be responsible for the management and improvement of key performance for a number of service areas and the quality and standards that these service areas deliver
    - To have knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory framework and Government initiatives relating to your service area, including safeguarding, and the needs of vulnerable adults
    - To act as day to day budget holder for an allocated and devolved budget for both staffing and commissioning budget, ensuring services are delivered within resources

    Requirements of the area manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
