    Sanctuary Social Care is recruiting for a persistent and reliable Advanced Social Worker to work full time within a Children with Disabilities Team in South Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Children's Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £34.32 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 6-month contract.

    Requirements of the Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant experience within similar roles.
    - You will be able to evidence a strong ability to analyse information and formulate outcome focused plans for children and their families.
    - You'll be confident in writing professional assessments/reports as well as presenting evidence verbally.
    - You'll need to have very strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise work effectively and in a timely way.
    - 4+ years in a similar post.
    - Must be a car driver.

    - You'll manage your own caseload, which will include children and families with complex needs.
