Advanced Practitioner, Quality Assurance

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated advanced practitioner to work full time within a quality assurance team in Dudley. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum advanced practitioner job is £33.08 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the advanced practitioner:
- Deliver quality assurance methods and auditing activity across the service
- Facilitate engagement opportunities with front line practitioners and represent their voice at strategic forums
- Delivery of the participation strategy to ensure that stakeholders views and voice of the child inform service delivery
- Delivery of practice evaluations followed by a program of coaching, mentoring and support

Requirements of the advanced practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
