    Advanced Practitioner, MASH

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated advanced practitioner to work within a MASH team based in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum advanced practitioner job is £38 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the advanced practitioner:
    - Providing professional consultancy and mentoring/coaching to social workers providing frontline safeguarding and family support services
    - Delivering efficient services and interventions which ensure the delivery of high quality
    - Holding the most complex cases and to provide range of expertise and modelling of best practice which supports the team's delivery of high quality social work interventions to all its allocated cases

    Requirements of the advanced practitioner:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
