    Advanced Practitioner, Children's Assessment

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated advanced practitioner to work within a children's assessment team based in Havering. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum advanced practitioner job is £28 - £35 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the advanced practitioner:
    - Manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases and assist other team members in the management of such cases
    - Support team members in maintaining and developing high professional standards
    - Improve the quality of work done by Social Workers, including effective case management, purposeful evidence based interventions, analytical assessments and high quality written work

    Requirements of the advanced practitioner:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
