    Advanced Practitioner, Adult Services

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated advanced practitioner to work full time within an adults service based in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum advanced practitioner job is £22 - £24 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the advanced practitioner:
    - Provide regular and appropriate professional supervision to support, mentor and develop staff in line with approved professional standards, service and team plans
    - Liaising effectively within the department and other agencies and work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
    - Managing plans and prioritising workloads

    Requirements of the advanced practitioner:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience with adult services
