    Are you interesting in developing your Social Work career?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for 2x experienced and dedicated Social Workers to work within an Older People Physical Disabilities Team based in Birmingham.

    The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rates for these locum Social Worker jobs are £19.13 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and are initial 3-month contracts.

    Duties:
    - Making referrals to other professionals
    - Ensuring Service Users are involved in decision making where possible
    - Ensuring care plans are the least restrictive as possible to achieve outcomes
    - Maintaining up to date case recordings
    - Participating in duty arrangements
    - Promoting co-operation and effective working relationships between professional colleagues and agencies

    Requirements of the Social Workers:
    - Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
    - Current HCPC registration.
    - Significant frontline experience within Adult Services.
    - 2 years post qualifying experience
