Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for two experienced and dedicated Social Workers to work full time within Social Work Mental Health Team based in Harrow.

The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rates for these locum Social Worker jobs are £27 to £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and are ongoing contacts.

Requirements of the Social Workers:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adult Services
- Must have experience of working with adults with psychosis and complex needs, experience of Care Act assessments and reviews.
- Must be organised, able to manage their time effectively and prioritise their workload, must have good interpersonal skills and be able to engage with service users with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities of the Social Workers:
- Care coordination of complex cases under CPA
- Developing co-produced care plans with service users, risk assessment and management, safeguarding, holistic assessment of mental health and social care needs, conducting Care Act assessments.
- Working with carers and wider support networks, partnership working with other statutory and voluntary organisations, liaison with inpatient units, accurate record keeping and report writing.
