Havering social work jobs

Sanctuary is recruiting permanent social workers for the London Borough of Havering’s Children’s Services. 

Committed to providing a high quality service that meets the needs of the borough’s vulnerable children and young people, Havering is one of the first 4 MASH teams in London and has also introduced the first Integrated MASH for Children and Adults in London.

This service is organised into age groups with an Assessment, Over 12’s and Under 12’s Service; and a Permanency Team. Social workers are well supported with a Deputy Team Manager in a small supportive pod with a manageable caseload and reflective supervision.

There’s also a clear structure around career progression opportunities, with all training programmes based on the competencies of the Professional Capabilities Framework to further professional development.
