Would you like to win a dawn simulating Lumie Bodyclock that gradually wakes you up with increasing natural light?

The Lumie Bodyclock Active 250, retailing at £99.95, keeps your sleep cycle on track and gives you more energy for a constructive day. It’s ideal for emergency duty social workers on night shifts and for those practitioners whose days are particularly busy.

Scientifically proven

Lumie’s dawn simulating body clocks have been designed with science in mind, having conducted numerous research studies with universities. The gradual introduction of light significantly reduces sleep inertia, increases the hormone cortisol that gives the body a quick burst of energy, and helps to avoid any mid-day dips in energy.

Cleverly designed

There are a number of smart design features of the Lumie Bodyclock Active 250, making it a great prize for social workers. It includes:
  • A choice of six time options for waking; 15, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes
  • Six wind-down times for going to bed;  15, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes
  • A white noise setting to mask other sounds (perfect for sleeping between shifts)
  • Different sound options to enhance your sunrise
  • Snooze feature
  • Wave sounds to send you to sleep
  • Sun ray effect
  • Nightlight feature
  • Dimmable lighting for use as a bedside light
  • FM radio and digital tuning
  • Power-failure back-up
And for the security conscious, there’s even an option to set the light to turn on randomly whilst you are away.
