Would you like to win a dawn simulating Lumie Bodyclock that gradually wakes you up with increasing natural light?

The Lumie Bodyclock Active 250, retailing at £99.95, keeps your sleep cycle on track and gives you more energy for a constructive day. It’s ideal for clinical staff on the go and for settling into a better sleep pattern during night shifts!

Scientifically proven

Lumie’s dawn simulating clocks have been designed with science in mind, having conducted numerous research studies with universities. The gradual introduction of light significantly reduces sleep inertia, increases the hormone cortisol that gives the body a quick burst of energy, and enhances productivity during the day.

  • Six wind-down times for going to bed;  15, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes
  • A white noise setting to mask other sounds (perfect for sleeping between shifts)
  • Different sound options to enhance your sunrise
  • Snooze feature
  • Wave sounds to send you to sleep
  • Sun ray effect
  • Nightlight feature
