We are thrilled to have been announced Best Public Sector Recruitment Agency 2015 at last night’s Recruiter Awards for Excellence

We were also ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best Candidate Care category, which was deemed tough for entrants to have even reached the shortlist.

“Sanctuary has gone above and beyond the call of duty”

After winning Recruitment Agency of the Year 2014, it is just as important to have had our specialist service to the public sector recognised, supporting clients and candidates through a testing period of change, cuts and transformation in some of the most challenging professions.

We were commended for our work with clients, particularly struggling councils with which we have worked in partnership with to attract, recruit, retain and manage some of the best practitioners in the field – even up against a national shortage of social workers.

The judges also commented on Sanctuary going “above and beyond the call of duty” in providing various resources to help social workers meet the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

James Rook, Managing Director of Sanctuary Personnel, said: “It’s such an honour to win this award and I am so proud and fortunate to work with such amazing people who work exceptionally hard to support our clients with an unparalleled service. I think it really does say something to win Best Public Sector Recruitment Agency with such competition and for the second time running since this category was last featured in the awards in 2012.”

We would like to say a huge thank you to our clients and candidates who supported us in the nomination for this award – we couldn’t have achieved this without you. It’s encouraging to hear such positive feedback about your experiences of working with Sanctuary and it went a long way in supporting our entry for this award.
