Social workers have just a few days left to pre-register their details if they wish to attend our exclusive online discussion focusing on Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

The event (which is free of charge), will take place on Tuesday 21st October from 6.30pm – 8pm and will give social workers the chance to find out how they can ensure they are meeting the required standards set by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Social workers have until 30th November 2014 to renew their registration with the HCPC and next week’s discussion will be a final opportunity for practitioners to ask any last-minute questions about the ongoing renewal process. What’s more, it can also count as a CPD activity!

Answering all questions and queries throughout the discussion will be our panel of experts who will also be offering their advice and guidance on how you can ensure that you are getting the most benefit from your CPD activities.

We have been supporting social workers throughout the re-registration process, and next week’s discussion is our second event designed to help practitioners understand exactly what they need to do. The first session (which took place in August) was extremely successful, with participants describing it as ‘invaluable’, ‘informative’ and ‘thought provoking’.

You can read more about the first interactive discussion in our exclusive CPD report. Alternatively you can catch the replay or read our extended Q&A page to find out more information.

If you would like to join us for next week’s discussion, simply submit your details
