A new vacancy has opened up for a fully qualified Social Worker to join this dedicated Children and Families Team in Manchester.

Our client is keen to hear from suitably qualified and experienced social workers in child care. You will have good organisational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines in order to manage a varied caseload of both statutory and non-statutory work.

You must be able to hold a caseload of complex cases; mentor social work colleagues and practice teach trainees. With the opportunity to develop management training and personal development, you will need to be an enthusiastic and positive member of the team who will be able to draw on our knowledge of adult learning to develop the dull potential of those around you.

This is a contract position which is likely to last around four months.
