Our client is currently seeking a spirited and hard working fully qualified Social Worker to join and improve their Children’s Disability Department.

You will be responsible for carrying out self centred care plans developed by the team around you, carrying out initial and core assessments using the appropriate assessment framework. Help in the detailed planning of care packages for individuals and for the co-ordination, monitoring and review of care for customers receiving social care services  

Applicant’s duties will include visiting customers within the local borough, committing to the training and development programme of its entire staff including some post qualifying training.

You will need to have a relevant social work qualification and registration with the GSCC.

This is a contract position and will have a pay rate around £22.00 per hour not including the various expenses.
